Residential Subdivision
The client’s request to Land Solution Australia was to assist with professional surveying services in the reconfiguration of their property. As part of the subdivision, we have provided underlying site information for design, lot calculations and proposal plans. Cadastral surveys for titling new boundaries and as-constructed surveys for compliance within the area.
How we did it
Land Solution Australia initially performed contour and detail survey surrounding the property to measure surface levels, existing features and street services, allowing the landowners to identify site opportunities and constraints. Several iterations of Proposal Plans were drafted for the reconfiguration, supporting the Development Applications in Council.
Following approval, a Cadastral Survey was undertaken confirming and marking all lot corners. Through the construction phase of the project, Land Solution Australia also worked with the Civil Contractors in surveying of new sewer line setouts and easement boundaries affecting the Survey Plan.
Outcomes
On completion of the project, Land Solution Australia has prepared as-constructed survey files (ADAC) for the three lots and new service assets including: Sewer and Water; Roadworks and Stormwater.
The client received compliant final documentation, and these were submitted with the Council and Titles Queensland.
