A surveying partner that has grown with a community
North Harbour is a major multi-stage subdivision and community development 45 km north of Brisbane. We have supported the principal contractor since 2016, and as the development has matured, our services have grown with it.
Our work has helped the client reach each milestone and continue delivering an award-winning community for current and future residents.
How we did it
Set-out for each stage
Detailed engineering surveying has been the core of our work. It began with set-out for the construction of each individual stage.
UAV services for earthworks and design
UAV surveys calculate bulk earthworks volumes and support engineering design and planning.
Machine control
We manage and prepare the GNSS machine control units and files used on site.
As-constructed surveys to standard
We deliver engineering set-out and as-constructed surveys to TMR standards.
