For our client Land Solution Australia provided field and office survey deliverables for existing surface checks, volume calculations and installation of control points, GNSS localisation and Machine control and constructible 3D model verification on Stage 1 and 2 of Coochin Twins Estate.
Recommendation of a smart solution
During the development, our Registered Surveyors undertook field survey for set-out boundary and retaining wall RLs for concrete sleeper wall, storm water, calculations of kerb lip line set out and revised basins through utilising 3d design models and create updated machine files. Additional survey requirements for As-constructed survey pickup of Sed basin batters, retaining wall, drain invert, rock spillway, reductions and drafting of plans for As-constructed bio basin and retaining walls. Our surveyors conducted set-out for road widening and reductions, calculation and drafting of sketch plans for kerb invert pickup for Stage 2 as well as existing surface checks for next stages.
